The Sanctuary at Happy's Dream Ranch sits on 36 acres of large grass turnouts. Whether you choose for your horse to be on grass pasture day and night or to spend their nights in barn stall, you will find that every aspect of the facility is new and was designed with horse safety and comfort in mind.

The Sactuary's Amenities and Services include:

• Beautiful new 12 stall barn, wash and grooming stall, grain and supplement room, and tack room
• Stalls cleaned twice daily with generous portions of clean shavings
• Large pastures with safe fencing and only 6 to 8 horses to a pasture
• Pastures kept clean to reduce parasites
• Regular worming and vaccinations
• Three feedings a day of quality hay
• Specialized complete feed by Progressive Nutrition and probios, electrolytes, and psyllium supplements
• Coordination with veterinarians, farriers, massage therapists
